Working in Teams: Scrum

A better way to identify and solve a problems in a project is working in teams.

Scrum is a common method of teamwork. Scrum utilizes an iteration cycle called a Sprint.

Here you can find more information about what Scrum is and how it will help you. You can also watch this video.

Step 1

Form a team and break your project into phases and tasks, this will be your product backlog.

Step 2

Identify if there are many tasks as part of the same functionality.

Step 3

Choose a Scrum Master, who will lead the first sprint planning.

Step 4

Write the sprint objective. Once the sprint ends, you will use it to make the team/sprint retrospective.
